S Modathe fashion, beauty, trends and celebrity magazine of the national newspaper EL PAÍSthe newspaper with the highest circulation in Spain according to the EGM (General Media Study), has published today an article that includes an interview with Dr. Patricia Gutiérrez Ontalvilla on vaginal surgery and more specifically on hymen reconstruction or hymenoplasty.
The article appears as a result of the media “boom” that has caused the famous Leticia Sabater who assured this week to have undergone surgery for a widening of the vagina and a reconstruction of the hymen and, in the words of the show woman herself, to return to “feel brand new”.
This fact caused a great stir in social networks, making Leticia Sabater become a Trending Topic on Twitter throughout the day yesterday (May 26, 2015).
After this, Dr. Gutiérrez, plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgeon at the Imedmu clinic, the first clinic in Spain dedicated exclusively to women, based in Valencia, and which has a specific section for vaginal surgery, which among other operations performs labia minora reduction, pubic lift, labia majora filling, G-spot enlargement or hymen reconstruction, gave an interview to S Moda magazine to provide information on this type of intervention from a professional, scientific and social point of view.
It addresses topics such as the cultural and religious causes behind hymen reconstruction or hymenoplasty, as well as what this operation consists of and how often hymenoplasties are performed in Dr. Gutiérrez Ontalvilla‘s clinic.
