It is used in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery with very good results and is based on the three-dimensional modification of the anatomy, by filling with the patient’s own fatty tissue, previously purified. Although it is widely used in facial surgery to fill cheekbones, nasolabial folds, etc., it is also used in body surgery to treat depressions in the body contour or to fill sunken or atrophied areas. Combined with liposuction, it allows to really sculpt the contours.

The difference that Dr. Sydney Coleman has brought with his technique is the achievement of long-term results. This technique consists of extracting the patient’s own fat tissue through minimal incisions with specific cannulas, which allow the fat cells to be suctioned out with the least possible trauma. It is then centrifuged and processed to obtain a purified fat where the fatty tissue is separated from the serum and oil, isolating the adipocyte that will be infiltrated in the area to be filled. Since it is a proprietary implant, it is a treatment that has very few contraindications and great advantages.
