Coleman Lipofiling or Lipotransfer

Lipofilling is based on the three-dimensional modification of the anatomy, by filling with the patient’s own fat tissue, previously purified. Although it is widely used in facial surgery to fill cheekbones, nasolabial folds, etc., it is also used in body surgery to treat depressions in the body contour or to fill sunken or atrophied areas. This technique consists of, through minimal incisions, extracting the patient’s own fat tissue with specific cannulas, which allow the fat cells to be suctioned out with the least possible trauma.
