Chemical Peels

Chemical peels are used to improve fine wrinkles, skin damaged by excessive sun exposure or photo-aged skin and sun spots. Our peels can be superficial or medium strength which depend on the various chemicals at hand.

Superficial peeling of alpha- hydroxy acid peels: are used to exfoliate the outer layer of the skin thereby producing a smoother and more radiant skin.

Medium depth peels: TCA and MEDIUM Phenol. Exfoliation is achieved and a renewal of the outer layer of the skin peels off, producing an attenuation of fine wrinkles, a decrease in skin blemishes, greater smoothness and brightness with a tightening effect and tone homogenization.

The peeling is done in a medical office. According to your skin type and the problem to be treated, we will advise you one or another type of peeling. In each case, we will recommend a home kit for optimum results.

During the peeling session, you will notice a slight sting that lasts a few minutes. It is not necessary to apply anesthetic cream. It is important not to expose your skin to the sun and use sunscreen for a few months after the procedure.
