Most of the patients who come to our office requesting a Hymenoplasty do it for religious, cultural or even strictly personal reasons.

The Hymenoplasty involves reconstruction of the hymen so that there is bleeding during the intercourse following the surgery.

The procedure is performed in the operating room under local anesthesia, sedation or spinal anesthesia and lasts approximately one hour.
